Role Overview We are looking for a talented Junior Performance Marketing Associate for our chocolate brand based in Ernakulam who will be responsible for driving performance marketing across all our business channels Shopify D2C cafes B2B and offline retail This role requires strong hands-on execution of digital campaigns across Meta Google YouTube and other relevant advertising platforms along with supporting analytics reporting and creative coordination Key Responsibilities Manage and execute day-to-day paid campaigns across Meta Google YouTube and explore new advertising platforms Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS conversions and lead generation Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations Assist in monthly performance planning budgeting and forecasting Track and analyze performance using GA4 Meta Ads Manager Google Ads YouTube Studio and Shopify Analytics Drive performance marketing across Shopify D2C cafes B2B and offline retail channels Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and reduce budget wastage Proactively flag performance issues and growth opportunities Support marketing initiatives for B2B clients and cafe outlets Set up manage and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads Assist in optimizing ads for clicks conversions and sales Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Collaborate with the design team to create high-performing ad creatives and content Conduct A B testing across creatives audiences and bidding strategies Assist in funnel tracking and customer journey analysis on Shopify Required Experience Skills 1-4 years in performance digital marketing Must have worked with a D2C e-commerce brand Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Google Ads Comfortable working across multiple business verticals D2C cafes B2B retail Good analytical skills and comfort with performance dashboards Robust analytical skills and familiarity with performance dashboards Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently and meet performance goals Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets GA4 and reporting tools A proactive learner with a strong desire to grow in performance marketing Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 240 000 00 - 420 000 00 per year
