Responsibilities Store Operations Manage receipt verification and storage of incoming pharmaceutical materials as per SOPs Ensure timely and accurate issuance dispatch of medicines to customers and internal departments Maintain stock accuracy perform physical stock checks and support monthly quarterly audits Monitor storage conditions temperature humidity handling practices for high-value oncology products Coordinate with logistics and customer care teams for smooth order fulfillment Documentation Record Management Maintain and update manual registers stock ledgers GRNs invoices and dispatch records Ensure accurate filing of documents and quick retrieval during inspections Prepare daily weekly stock reports and communicate variances to the Store Incharge Manager Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices GDP and company quality standards Maintain and review SOPs checklists temperature logs deviation reports and quality records Support internal and external quality audits including documentation preparation Ensure proper implementation of FEFO FIFO batch tracking and control of near-expiry and damaged stock Coordinate for cold chain product handling where applicable Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory guidelines for pharmaceutical distribution Maintain store hygiene safety protocols and proper labeling and storage practices Report any discrepancies quality issues or irregularities immediately Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Work Location In person
