We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Counselor to join our team The Visa Counselor will assist clients with the visa application process provide accurate information regarding requirements and ensure a smooth and productive experience The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and a passion for helping people Key Responsibilities Advise clients on visa application procedures required documentation and eligibility Guide clients through the process for student work tourist or immigration visas depending on the services provided Review and verify documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations Keep up-to-date with changing immigration and visa policies Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and application statuses Coordinate with embassies consulates and third-party service providers Provide post-visa services including pre-departure briefing if applicable Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferably in International Relations Business or related field Previous experience as a visa counselor or in immigration services is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in MS Office and client management software Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of visa procedures for countries like the USA Canada UK Australia etc is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Ongoing training and professional development Friendly and supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Experience Individual group counseling 3 years Required Work Location In person
