Key Responsibilities of Accounting Financial Management Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise the junior accountant Maintain and review books of accounts as per statutory guidelines Prepare and verify Balance Sheet Profit Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statements Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing Taxation Compliance Manage and file GST returns TDS returns and advance tax payments Ensure compliance with all government regulations including GST laws Income Tax Act ROC regulations and other statutory requirements Coordinate with external auditors and statutory authorities as needed Credit Control Receivables Management Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of dues Implement and manage credit policies to minimize outstanding payments Conduct periodic reconciliation of client accounts Internal Audit Controls Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions Strengthen internal financial controls and documentation Reports Analysis Prepare periodic MIS reports financial summaries cost analysis and cash-flow forecasts Offer financial insights to management for decision-making Job Types Full time Part-time Contractual Temporary Freelance Pay From 30 000 00 per month Expected hours 40 - 54 per week Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Work Location In person
