Service Engineer - Packaging Machines Job Summary We re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to install maintain and repair packaging machines for our customers Key Responsibilities 1 Machine Installation Install packaging machines at customer sites ensuring proper setup and configuration 2 Maintenance and Repair Perform routine maintenance and repairs on packaging machines minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance 3 Troubleshooting Troubleshoot machine issues identifying and resolving problems efficiently 4 Customer Support Provide exceptional customer service responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly 5 Documentation Maintain accurate records of machine installations maintenance and repairs 6 Collaboration Work closely with sales production and design teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution Requirements 1 Qualification Diploma Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field 2 Experience 3-5 years of experience in servicing packaging machines or similar equipment 3 Knowledge Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems as well as packaging machine operations Interested candidates can send cv on (phone hidden) or mail us on jobs mountsolutions in Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
