Job Title Development and Procurement Manager - Hardware Range Location New Delhi India Company Avanti Hardware Pvt Ltd About Us Avanti Hardware Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of top-quality brass hardware based in Recent Delhi With a robust presence in America Europe and other developed markets we specialize in premium brass handles knobs accessories and related hardware We are now expanding our footprint by launching our brand in the Indian market and seeking talented professionals to join our growth journey Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Development and Procurement Manager to spearhead the development and procurement of our diverse hardware range including brass handles knobs accessories as well as glass and wooden hardware This role will be pivotal in scaling our supply chain and product offerings to support the brand launch and ongoing business growth in India Key Responsibilities Manage the entire product development lifecycle ensuring market competitiveness and adherence to quality standards Source and establish strong relationships with global and domestic suppliers for brass glass wood and accessory components to secure the best prices and ensure timely delivery Lead negotiations and supplier evaluations to build a reliable and cost-effective supply chain Coordinate with design production and quality teams to align product development with manufacturing capabilities and compliance requirements Monitor industry trends and material innovations to drive product enhancement and new introductions Optimize procurement budgeting forecasting and inventory management Implement risk management strategies for uninterrupted supply chain operations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related discipline MBA preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware product development and procurement especially with brass glass and wooden hardware Proven negotiation skills and a network within global hardware suppliers Strong project management and team collaboration capabilities Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements in hardware manufacturing Proficiency with ERP and procurement software systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 24 081 18 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
