MEP Engineer About The Role MEICON is adding a MEP Engineer with specializations in Civil Electrical and Communication to our fast-growing team As an MEP Engineer the individual will be part of an ever-growing organization executing Highrise Residential Projects across India has enormous potential for career growth Location Gattahalli Bangalore Karnataka About Us MEICON is a cutting-edge construction Project management firm specializing in infrastructure development Our team of professionals has extensive experience in civil and electrical work functions including Estimation Design Planning and Scheduling Project management Contract Quality Operations and Maintenance management Skills and Responsibilities Prepare and review quantity estimates for electrical plumbing HVAC and fire protection systems Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with contract specifications and quality standards Review contractor shop drawings and material proposals ensuring proper coordination with structural and electrical disciplines Develop and manage detailed MEP construction schedules including two-week and monthly look-aheads Lead coordination between clients consultants and contractors to ensure timely provision of site utilities and resources Oversee procurement delivery installation and commissioning of MEP systems ensuring compliance with technical requirements Facilitate site meetings issue technical clarifications and proactively resolve construction and coordination issues Monitor contractor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays Supervise commissioning testing and handover of MEP works ensuring proper documentation and client training Manage defect resolution during the liability period ensuring quality and client satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Construction Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related discipline 6-8 years of experience in MEP engineering preferably in high-rise residential projects Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and construction project management software Strong knowledge of MEP systems coordination practices and industry standards Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication abilities Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s How many years of experience you have in Residential High Rise Building Projects at least G 10 floors Work Location In person
