GULABI DORI is the PREFERRED destination for ETHNIC CONTEMPORARY fusion wear for the MODERN Indian woman We retail DIFFERENTIATED on-trend designs offering great ASPIRATIONAL value Our product mix is a rich assortment of EVERYDAY OCCASION wear Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers assess their needs and offer product recommendations Provide accurate product information including features benefits and pricing Assist with fitting demonstrations or product trials when applicable Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate to management as needed Sales Store Performance Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale POS systems Promote sales special offers and loyalty programs Upsell cross-sell and suggest complementary items Store Operations Replenish shelves restock merchandise and maintain inventory accuracy Maintain store cleanliness including displays fitting rooms and stock areas Assist with receiving tagging and organizing new merchandise Follow loss-prevention procedures and security guidelines Team Collaboration Work with team members to achieve daily store goals Participate in team meetings training sessions and product knowledge updates Support management with any additional tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior retail or customer-facing experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods Basic math and computer skills Positive attitude reliability and willingness to learn Work Setting Fast-paced retail setting Requires evening weekend and holiday availability depending on store needs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
