About TargetBay TargetBay is a fast-growing eCommerce marketing automation SaaS company based out of Chennai and Atlanta Clients use our products to increase their online sales through our personalized email marketing and reviews technologies We have over 3 000 eCommerce companies using our product Job Summary TargetBay is seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist to join our agile team As an Email Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive customer acquisition retention and conversion You will be responsible for creating compelling email content optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and analyzing performance metrics to continually improve our email marketing strategies Proficiency in tools like Canva is a must-have for this role Experience in SAAS product companies and handling US customers is preferred Responsibilities Develop execute and manage email marketing strategies for multiple clients tailoring each strategy to client-specific goals and audiences Create engaging and impactful email content that reflects client branding and marketing objectives Analyze and report on key email performance metrics providing strategic recommendations to optimize client campaigns Maintain a high level of quality control ensuring accuracy in all client communications Provide excellent customer service acting as a liaison between the client and our team and responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Manage end-to-end email campaign execution including email scheduling list management A B testing and deployment through an email marketing automation platform Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates click-through rates conversion rates and revenue generated to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies Review campaign metrics and work with the Email Deliverability Specialists to analyze and provide insights to enhance email marketing strategies Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay up to date with industry best practices to ensure our email marketing efforts are innovative and effective Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field Prior experience in email marketing within a SAAS product company is preferred Proficiency in using email marketing automation platforms e g Mailchimp HubSpot or similar Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices including list segmentation A B testing and performance analysis Advanced skills in using Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing email templates and graphics Excellent written and verbal communication skills for US customer interactions Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize email campaigns Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding for email is a plus We offer competitive remuneration ongoing professional development opportunities and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in a collaborative and creative environment If you re an Email Marketing Specialist with a passion for customer service and a talent for multitasking we d love to hear from you Please apply with your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience TargetBay is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
