Delhi Public School Kamrup is seeking an experienced and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the well-being of students residing in the boys hostel The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with students possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to enforce discipline with compassion Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boys hostel Create a safe and healthy environment for the students Ensure that students adhere to the hostel s rules and regulations Attend to students needs and address their concerns Monitor students behavior and provide guidance and counseling as needed Organize extracurricular activities for the students Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior Coordinate with school staff and parents regarding students academic and behavioral progress Handle emergencies and report incidents to school management Perform any other duties as assigned by the school management Requirements Bachelor s degree Proven experience as a Hostel Warden or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Solid organizational and problem-solving skills Physical and emotional stamina to work with students in a residential setting Ability to enforce discipline with compassion Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Guwahati Assam Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
