Job Requirement Civil Draughtsman Position Civil Draughtsman Location Kolkata within Kolkata Municipal Corporation areas Working Hours 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Sunday Off Key Responsibilities Preparation of detailed working drawings and submission drawings for building projects within KMC jurisdiction Drafting architectural and structural layouts as per specifications and applicable building by-laws Preparing plans sections elevations and other construction details using AutoCAD Coordinating with architects engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy of drawings Updating and modifying drawings as per project requirements and site conditions Requirements Diploma ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in preparing working drawings for building projects preferably within the Kolkata Municipal Corporation area Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory Knowledge of KMC building rules and by-laws will be an added advantage Attention to detail accuracy and ability to meet deadlines Advantages Fixed working hours 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Weekly off on Sundays Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
