We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally authorized Patent IP Manager Registered Patent Agent to join our Intellectual Property team in Hyderabad Telangana The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company s patent portfolio drafting filing and prosecuting patent applications in compliance with Indian and international patent laws This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge legal expertise and analytical skills along with the ability to collaborate closely with inventors R D teams and external legal counsel Key Responsibilities Conduct prior art searches and patentability assessments Draft patent specifications and claims in alignment with technical disclosures File patent applications with the Indian Patent Office and coordinate international filings PCT USPTO EPO etc Respond to office actions and manage prosecution timelines Liaise with inventors engineers and legal teams to gather technical inputs Monitor and maintain patent portfolios and deadlines Stay updated on changes in patent laws and procedures in India and globally Support IP strategy development and innovation capture processes Education Bachelor s degree in law LLB with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights IPR from a recognized university mandatory or bachelor s degree in science engineering technology from a recognized university Master s degree or higher preferred Must be a Registered Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office IPO Requirements Registered Patent Agent under the Indian Patent Act mandatory Strong knowledge of Indian patent law filing procedures and PCT WIPO processes Minimum 2 years of experience in patent drafting and filing Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple IP projects independently Desired Skills Experience in software electronics biotech or mechanical domains Knowledge of global patent systems PCT USPTO EPO Ability to interpret complex technical documents Legal research and analytical thinking Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities Problem-solving mindset with high professional integrity Team collaboration with confidentiality in handling sensitive IP matters What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible work arrangements Opportunities for professional growth and certification Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovation Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 240 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience IP management 1 year Required Patent Filing 1 year Required Language English Hindi Telugu Required Work Location In person
