Greece and Portugal VOIS BeUnrivalled CreateTheFuture About the role We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented individual to lead the General Ledger Accounting function within the ARC Central Hub at VOIS Based in Ahmedabad this role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to the VISPL Market The individual will oversee a team focused on Record to Report activities including IFRS15 S15 Revenue and OPEX Accounting and will act as the escalation point for operational challenges What you ll do Lead and supervise the team in preparing financial statements statutory reports and managing both internal and external audits Oversee month-end GL activities including P L review HFM APA closure and balance sheet reconciliations Drive automation initiatives and lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency Manage internal control processes such as 3C and support ad hoc management reporting and presentations Ensure timely delivery of reports actionable insights and achievement of KPIs for both Local Market and VOIS Respond effectively to feedback from ARC and Local Market teams Who you are A qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6 years experience in Finance or Accounting Proficient in advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge of SAP is advantageous Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams solve problems collaboratively and maintain a growth mindset Skilled in planning prioritisation and time management Not a perfect fit
