Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Architect with expertise in Good for Construction GFC drawings and 3D modelling for residential high-rise building projects The role involves developing accurate and coordinated architectural BIM models in Revit ensuring compliance with project standards and supporting multidisciplinary coordination Key Responsibilities Develop update and manage architectural BIM models for high-rise residential projects using Autodesk Revit Prepare GFC drawings detailed layouts sections and elevations as per project requirements Ensure architectural deliverables comply with BIM Execution Plans BEP LOD standards and company guidelines Coordinate models with structural MEP and landscape teams to ensure clash-free integration Support clash detection and resolution through Navisworks or similar tools Extract BOQs schedules and quantity take-offs from BIM models Maintain BIM standards templates and libraries for architectural elements Participate in design reviews client meetings and documentation processes Mentor junior architects modelers on GFC and BIM workflows Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch or related field 3 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling for residential high-rise projects Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture - mandatory Experience in preparing GFC drawings construction documentation and detailing Knowledge of AutoCAD Navisworks SketchUp Lumion Enscape preferred Familiarity with international building codes and BIM standards Excellent communication problem-solving and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 28 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Experience BIM Architect 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
