We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive Admin who can manage core HR functions while ensuring smooth office administration The role requires strong expertise in recruitment payroll compliance and employee engagement along with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment onboarding induction and exit processes Maintain employee records HR documentation and databases Oversee payroll attendance and leave management Draft implement and communicate HR policies Drive employee engagement activities and address grievances effectively Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements Coordinate training development and performance appraisal processes Prepare HR reports MIS and dashboards for management Admin Responsibilities Supervise daily office administration and facility management Manage vendors service providers and office supplies Ensure workplace health safety and welfare standards are followed Support management in event coordination and organizational activities Handle general office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of HR operations recruitment compliance and administration Excellent communication interpersonal and people management skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools software Ability to multitask problem-solve and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational and vendor management skills Qualifications Experience Education MBA in HR or equivalent Experience Minimum 3 years in HR Admin roles Other Details Number of Openings 1 Working Days Monday to Saturday 2nd 4th Saturday Off Working Hours 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM Contact Sonakshi - (phone hidden) Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
