Project Role Application Lead Project Role Description Lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Must have skills Site Reliability Engineering Positive to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Position Overview We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability scalability and performance of our global headless e-commerce platform serving direct-to-consumer sales for home appliances across multiple websites Key Responsibilities o Monitor and maintain the reliability of our global headless e-commerce platform o Implement and manage observability solutions for performance monitoring o Design and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans o Optimize platform performance and scalability for global D2C operations o Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and deployment practices o Manage incident response and post-mortem analysis processes Required Experience o 4 years of experience in SRE platform engineering or similar roles o Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and architecture o Background in e-commerce platforms preferably headless architecture o Experience managing global high-availability systems o Proven track record in incident management and system reliability Required Capabilities o Cloud Expertise Advanced AWS knowledge EC2 RDS Lambda CloudWatch etc o Platform Management Experience with headless e-commerce architectures o Monitoring Observability Proficiency with monitoring tools and alerting systems o Automation Infrastructure automation and self-healing system design o Performance Optimization Ability to optimize for global scale and performance o Communication Strong incident communication and documentation skills 15 years full time education
