Job Title Accounts Executive GST Compliance Specialist We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong expertise in GST and accounting practices to manage our company s comprehensive financial operations The ideal candidate will handle all accounting transactions prepare financial reports ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations Key Responsibilities Maintain and update complete office accounts using Tally Prepare file and reconcile GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B annual returns etc Record and manage daily accounting entries including sales purchases expenses receipts and payments Conduct bank reconciliations and vendor client account reconciliations Calculate deposit and file TDS returns and payments Maintain organized records of invoices bills and financial statements Assist in the preparation of Profit Loss statements balance sheets and monthly management reports Coordinate with external auditors Chartered Accountants and other financial consultants Ensure adherence to taxation laws filing deadlines and statutory compliance Required Qualifications B Com M Com CA Inter Semi-qualified CA or equivalent 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and GST compliance Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and standard accounting procedures Solid understanding of GST TDS and tax regulations Excellent organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling Preferred Skills Prior experience working in a Chartered Accountancy firm or corporate finance department Knowledge of income tax return filings and payroll management is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
