Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr Accountant to join our Finance team in a energetic FMCG manufacturing setting The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting compliance with statutory regulations Key Responsibilities Maintain and update books of accounts including general ledger accounts payable receivable and bank reconciliations Process invoices expense claims and vendor payments in a timely manner Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding dues from customers Prepare and post journal entries accruals and other monthly closing activities Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure GST TDS and other statutory compliances are met and returns are filed on time Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and data Coordinate with production procurement and sales teams for accurate cost and revenue tracking Analyze manufacturing overheads raw material consumption and inventory valuation Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or related field 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in accounting software e g Tally SAP or ERP systems Working knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory regulations Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
