We are seeking an experienced and agile HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition employee engagement performance management HR policies compliance and driving strategic initiatives to support organizational growth Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring Employee Engagement Relations Foster a positive and engaging work culture Conduct employee engagement activities grievance handling and conflict resolution Performance Management Appraisals Implement and manage PMS Performance Management System Support managers in goal setting reviews and career development Learning Development Identify training needs and organize development programs Drive initiatives for skill enhancement and leadership development HR Policies Compliance Develop update and implement HR policies as per statutory requirements Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards Compensation Benefits Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration Conduct salary benchmarking and support C B strategies Strategic HR Initiatives Align HR strategies with business objectives Drive organizational development and change management Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience as HR Manager HR Business Partner 5-8 years preferred Strong knowledge of HR processes labor laws and best practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day operations Job Type Full-time Pay 17 209 91 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
