About the Position We are seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic Accounts team in Kochi Kerala The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background extensive ERP experience and the ability to ensure compliance with finance laws and best practices The role demands precision analytical skills and a keen eye for detail Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain a well-structured Chart of Accounts Facilitate timely monthly closures by managing key factors such as tax returns fixed assets and ledger data Record daily transactions accurately in the ERP system Monitor and review accounting and system reports to ensure accuracy and completeness Perform monthly bank reconciliations Prepare and issue financial reports including VAT Corporate Tax and Balance Sheets Manage period closings and ensure smooth transition to the next accounting cycle Assist in annual external audits liaising with auditors and providing all necessary documentation Formulate general ledger and financial closing reports with detailed insights into transactions Ensure compliance with national finance laws and organizational protocols Regularly prepare and disclose financial reports to management Perform additional duties as assigned by the FM CFO Required Skills Qualifications Experience Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Accounts or Finance Minimum 2 years of professional experience in F A Strong accounting and financial management background Qualified Inter CA Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems for Accounts and Finance Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities High ethical standards dependability and honesty Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Job Type Permanent Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
