What do you get to do in this position Lead and manage Life Cycle Assessments LCA and Product Carbon Footprinting PCF projects from initiation to completion Develop detailed project plans define goals and scope and establish system boundaries for LCA and PCF studies Utilize LCA software tools e g SimaPro GaBi OpenLCA to build and refine LCA models Interpret complex LCA results and provide clear actionable insights and recommendations to clients for environmental performance improvement Support the development of Environmental Product Declarations EPDs and other sustainability disclosures based on LCA results Provide expert advice and strategic guidance to clients on all aspects of CBAM compliance including scope reporting obligations data requirements and financial implications Guide clients on establishing robust internal processes for carbon accounting and data management relevant to CBAM reporting Develop greenhouse gas GHG carbon emissions inventories water footprints waste footprints and other environmental inventories for clients Develop or recommend initiatives and abatement models for achieving or informing corporate goals for energy reduction green energy adoption or GHG reduction Lead and partner with Clients in developing the Sustainability strategies and decarbonisation roadmaps Organize inform and partner with multi-disciplinary teams within Schneider Electric to help coordinate service and solutions delivery Contribute to the development of training resources for both internal and external clients Some domestic and international travel necessary 10-20 Qualifications QualificationsThis job might be for you if you have Bachelor s Degree in Sustainability or Environmental Sciences Energy Business Finance Engineering or a related technical field with 5 years of related professional experience and an interest in pursuing a career in sustainability Proficiency in leading LCA software e g SimaPro GaBi OpenLCA Strong understanding of LCA PCF methodology principles and international standards ISO 14040 ISO 14044 ISO 14067 Familiar with GHG Protocol Science-based targets and decarbonization initiatives Project management experience High commitment to company vision values and excellent client service Proven track record in developing managing and executing client solutions Ability to communicate both written and verbally complex analysis and ideas in a concise manner Analytical self-starter with strong attention to detail Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple complex projects in diverse areas Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint About Our Company Looking to make an IMPACT with your career When you are thinking about joining a new team culture matters At Schneider Electric our values and behaviors are the foundation for creating a great culture to support business success We believe that our IMPACT values -
