Position - Design Engineer Department - Mechanical Design Key Responsibilities Conceptualize design and develop new mechanical products and components Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software e g SolidWorks CATIA Creo AutoCAD Ensure designs meet ergonomics aerodynamics safety and regulatory standards Work on surface modeling Class A B C surfacing and validate designs for manufacturability Coordinate with suppliers vendors for material selection feasibility and cost optimization Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure designs meet quality standards Evaluate customer requirements and translate them into functional product designs Required Skill - Strong knowledge of automotive design principles ergonomics and aerodynamics Proficiency in CAD tools SolidWorks CATIA Creo NX or AutoCAD Familiarity with automotive materials plastics metals composites fabrics etc Strong problem-solving visualization and creative design skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced workplace Qualification - Bachelor s Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or Industrial Product Design 2-5 years of experience in product design and development mechanical domain Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person
