About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Preservative Expert to join our production team at TR Swastik The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with food-grade preservatives knowledge of FSSAI standards and a commitment to maintaining the freshness safety and shelf life of products like pickles chutneys and other packaged food items Key Responsibilities Conduct nutritional analysis and provide accurate nutritional labeling for products Advise on food preservatives carbonation and shelf-life improvement techniques Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations Develop and monitor HACCP GMP and factory hygiene practices Test raw materials in-process batches and finished products for quality parameters Work with the R D team to improve formulations taste and stability Maintain proper records and documentation as per audit requirements Train staff on food hygiene and safety protocols Qualifications Skills Master s Bachelor s degree in Food Technology Food Science Microbiology or Biotechnology Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG Food Beverage industry Strong knowledge of food preservatives carbonation and nutritional analysis Familiarity with factory hygiene HACCP GMP and FSSAI standards Positive analytical problem-solving and communication skills Why Join Us At TR Swastik a unit of Technomec Roorkee India Pvt Ltd we value quality tradition and innovation You ll be part of a passionate team creating premium food products using modern techniques while respecting age-old recipes If you have a passion for food safety and product integrity we d love to have you on board Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
