Job Summary The MIS Executive plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization This position involves collecting processing and reporting key management information using various tools and systems The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proficient in data handling and must belongs to manufacturing industry Key Responsibilities Knowledge of manufacturing industries Collect compile and maintain accurate data from multiple sources including databases spreadsheets and ERP systems Prepare and generate daily weekly monthly and ad-hoc MIS reports using tools like Excel SQL Power BI etc Analyze data trends identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights to management for informed decision-making Ensure data integrity confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies and data protection regulations Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors Collaborate with cross-functional teams e g HR Finance Sales to gather requirements and deliver customized reports Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and recommend improvements to existing systems Support audits and special projects by providing relevant data and reports Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting data analysis or a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel advanced functions pivot tables VBA SQL and data visualization tools e g Power BI Google Data Studio Familiarity with ERP systems Required Skills Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
