Position Retail Trainer Location Delhi India Experience Required 1 - 5 Years Industry Preferred Retail Role Overview - We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Retail Trainer to deliver impactful training programs for retail staff The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing conducting and monitoring training sessions that enhance sales effectiveness customer service quality and product knowledge This role also plays a key part in supporting recent store openings and ensuring consistent execution of retail standards across all outlets Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular training sessions for retail staff on sales techniques upselling customer engagement and complaint handling Deliver induction programs for new joiners ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with company culture Design develop and implement training modules manuals and SOPs customized for retail operations Organize refresher training sessions to maintain consistency in service and operational excellence Support new store launches by training and orienting staff on processes product knowledge and service standards Monitor employee performance on the shop floor and provide actionable feedback and coaching Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and skill gaps Prepare reports and MIS on training effectiveness tracking progress against KPIs Key Requirements - Bachelor s degree in any discipline certification in Training Development preferred 1-5 years of experience in training preferably in the retail industry Strong knowledge of sales techniques customer service and retail operations Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to engage motivate and influence retail staff across multiple locations Willingness to travel for store-level training assignments Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
