About Optimite Optimite is the Email Ops-as-a-Service partner for high-growth eCommerce brands and agencies We fully manage email strategy copy design development QA and reporting - so our clients can step out of the inbox and scale faster Trusted by over 500 teams globally we deliver fast conversion-focused email systems built on Figma and executed in 48 hours or less Team With a mission to become the World s No 1 Email Marketing Agency we re scaling at hyper-growth Our founders Nishant and Sushant Yadav launched Optimite in 2019 and have since partnered with the largest Shopify brands and digital agencies across the US and Europe Location India Remote Work Timings 10am - 7pm IST or 1pm - 10pm IST depending on the roleWorking Days Monday to Friday with 2 alternate Saturdays workingNote Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted About the Role As an Email Designer at Optimite you ll design high-quality conversion-focused emails that work seamlessly across devices and platforms You ll collaborate closely with Account Managers Copywriters and Developers to ensure accuracy speed and brand alignment Beyond delivery you ll contribute to creative innovation maintain scalable design systems and mentor junior designers to strengthen the team s overall output What will you do Email Creative Output Design engaging mobile-first emails that drive performance Deliver current emails and handle revisions with accuracy and speed Ensure brand consistency across multiple clients Reduce reworks by maintaining high design precision Innovation Branding Publish portfolio-worthy work on social platforms Support internal marketing and branding initiatives Explore and document use of recent tools including AI for creative efficiency Share best practices and learnings with the wider design team Process Systems Maintain and improve centralized Figma libraries Build reusable templates components for faster delivery Document workflows that prevent common design errors Ensure all design assets are properly organized and linked in ClickUp Collaboration Mentorship Mentor and guide junior associate designers Actively participate in cross-functional syncs with Account Managers and Developers Provide constructive design review feedback to peers Proactively flag systemic issues and recommend solutions Must Have 3 years of experience in email or digital design Advanced skills in Figma Robust design fundamentals across typography layout and responsive design Ability to handle high-volume creative output across multiple brands Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines Good to Have Experience with email testing tools Litmus Email on Acid Exposure to eCommerce design and performance metrics Understanding of brand marketing and portfolio publishing Familiarity with AI-based design tools and workflow automation What success looks like You consistently deliver high-volume brand-consistent email designs with minimal revisions You help showcase Optimite s creative quality on external platforms Design systems and libraries are up-to-date and widely used across the team You actively mentor juniors and contribute to raising the creative bar
