Description The CTS Enterprise Analytical Services EAS organization is actively recruiting for an Engineering Analyst with a solid understanding and extensive hands-on experience in Linux Shell Scripting system administration Business Intelligence products administration The individual will contribute to the architecture engineering and deliver the best-in-class services as part of the Business Intelligence Services offering for Citi The candidate must have experience using these toolsets in the development of Business Intelligence products and application from proof of concept to production delivery Responsibilities Deliver the tooling and capabilities needed to enable data analytics services such as Tableau Cognos on massive distributed data sets Understand Engineering needs including those required to build maintain and operate the system through all phases of its life Create and maintain continuous integration and deployment processes including testing and monitoring to ensure the solution is reliable and measurable Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a portfolio of capabilities for recommendation and use in new product developments Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering teams to build a portfolio of capabilities to recommend and use in analytical product development across Citi lines of Businesses Enable Business Intelligence products on external Cloud platforms as SaaS or PaaS solutions and integrate with various Cloud and on-prem data sources Automate the manual processes to enhance the service offerings and for rapid deployments Build reusable framework to enable BI Capabilities on services platform Qualifications 4 years of experience with Business Intelligence tool developer or administrator 4 years of Linux Shell scripting Ansible experience Knowledge of Java or any programming language is a plus Good interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills - written and spoken English Able to interact with client projects in cross-functional teams Good team player interested in sharing knowledge and cross-training other team members and shows interest in learning new technologies and products Python experience is a plus Ability to create documents of high quality Ability to work in a matrixed environment and follow procedures processes and policies Self-starter who works with minimal supervision Ability to work in a team of diverse skills and geographies Education Bachelor s University degree or equivalent experience required - Job Family Group Technology - Job Family Systems Engineering - Time Type Full time - Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above - Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills please see above and or contact the recruiter - Citi is an equal opportunity employer and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability status as a protected veteran or any other characteristic protected by law If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and or apply for a career chance review Accessibility at Citi View Citi s EEO Policy Statement and the Know Your Rights poster
