Job Title Senior Manager - Design Execution Location Mumbai Bombay Maharashtra Company Della Luxury Products Pvt Ltd Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager - Design Execution to lead and oversee the design development and on-site execution of high-end luxury residential and commercial projects The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing luxury projects from concept to completion ensuring world-class quality innovation and timely delivery Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of luxury residential and commercial projects ensuring alignment with the company s vision and standards of excellence Collaborate with architects designers consultants and contractors to translate design concepts into reality Review finalize and approve design proposals drawings and specifications while ensuring compliance with project requirements Manage project execution on-site overseeing construction quality finishing details and adherence to design intent Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines budgets and quality standards Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of luxury materials furniture and fixtures Provide design and technical expertise during project planning development and execution stages Conduct regular site reviews quality audits and progress reporting to senior management Lead and mentor project teams to ensure seamless coordination between design and execution functions Stay updated on global design trends luxury products and execution practices to bring innovation into projects Job Expectations Key Requirements Proven ability to handle end-to-end project design and execution in high-value luxury developments Solid knowledge of construction processes high-quality materials finishes and luxury detailing Exceptional leadership coordination and project management skills Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Strong vendor consultant and contractor management experience Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality Familiarity with latest design software project management tools and construction technologies Minimum Qualification Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field Minimum Job Experience 10-15 years of experience in design and execution specifically in luxury residential and commercial projects Reporting to CMD Travel As and when required
