1 Design Engineering Management Review and interpret project specifications drawings and technical documents Coordinate with internal and external design teams civil structural electrical to develop and optimize project designs Perform technical reviews of designs for compliance with codes standards and project requirements Manage the permitting process supporting submissions for local state and utility approvals Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize cost and performance 2 Procurement Logistics Support Develop Bill of Materials BOM and technical specifications for major equipment solar modules inverters mounting systems transformers Support the procurement team by providing technical evaluation of vendor bids and proposals Review and approve submittals from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specs Coordinate logistics planning for major equipment deliveries to site 3 Project Integration Execution Serve as a key technical point of contact for the Project Manager and field construction team Develop and maintain project schedules focusing on engineering and procurement milestones Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies Assist in the preparation of RFIs Requests for Information and management of change orders Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and industry best practices OSHA 4 Construction Commissioning Support Provide in office technical support during construction startup and commissioning phases Witness and validate critical construction activities including pile driving mechanical torqueing and electrical terminations Review test reports and commissioning documentation from contractors and suppliers Troubleshoot technical issues that arise in the field working with vendors and engineering to find solutions 5 Documentation Closeout Ensure the collection and organization of all project documentation including as-built drawings test reports and equipment manuals Support the project closeout process and handover to the Operations Maintenance O M team Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 720 000 00 per year Language English Preferred Work Location In person
