job The Academic Mentor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey ensuring they receive timely support and assistance in clearing doubts related to their coursework The mentor must have a strong background in science and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students Time 7 00am to 2 00pm Key Responsibilities Assist students in understanding and clarifying their academic doubts in core science subjects Provide academic mentoring through one-on-one or group sessions online offline Support students in developing effective study habits and problem-solving skills Coordinate with faculty academic coordinators to track students progress and challenges Create a supportive and motivating learning setting for students Provide feedback and suggest resources for academic improvement Document student interactions and maintain mentoring records Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Science Physics Chemistry Biology or related field Prior experience in academic mentoring teaching or tutoring preferred Strong subject knowledge and passion for guiding students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage with students of different learning levels Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off
