We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations for our modular construction projects The role requires strong negotiation skills vendor management expertise and a deep understanding of construction materials prefabricated components and supply chain management The Purchase Manager will play a critical role in ensuring timely availability of high-quality materials at competitive prices to support project execution Key Responsibilities Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project requirements and company goals Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for materials equipment and services related to modular construction Maintain vendor relationships and build a reliable supplier base for long-term partnerships Ensure procurement of high-quality materials within budget and project timelines Review purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders as per company policies Monitor market trends material price fluctuations and ensure cost optimization Coordinate with project design and site teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines Ensure compliance with quality standards legal regulations and safety requirements Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and delivery schedules Lead and guide the procurement team for efficiency and performance improvement Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Civil Mechanical Engineering Minimum 4-5 years of experience in procurement with at least 3-5 years in construction or modular prefab industry Strong knowledge of construction materials prefabricated components and vendor networks Proven negotiation and contract management skills Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement cycles simultaneously Key Competencies Strategic thinking and cost consciousness Solid leadership and decision-making skills Vendor development and relationship management Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
