We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive - Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations This role involves calculating employee compensation ensuring statutory compliance administering benefits and serving as the primary contact for payroll-related queries Experience Required 3-6 years Salary Based on interview performance Working Days Mon to Sat 2nd 4th Sat OFF Working Hours 10 00 AM to 6 30 PM Reporting To HR Manager Key Responsibilities Calculate salaries wages and statutory deductions TDS PF ESIC etc with precision Support the payroll department with administrative tasks and payroll processing Process new hire paperwork and assist in onboarding procedures Process reimbursements and maintain accurate payroll records Address employee queries related to salary deductions and benefits Validate and reconcile payroll data pay slips and fund requests Coordinate payroll provisions with the finance department Manage employee investment declarations and advantages such as health insurance Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration and credit control Proficiency in payroll software excel and database management Solid numerical aptitude and analytical skills Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and high level to detail and accuracy If you are interested please apply or you can email me at trupti sawant sadhav com Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
