About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our Commercial Fit outs managed services business This role involves prospecting client relationship management and closing strategic deals across sectors like real estate Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Prospecting Identify new business opportunities through market research networking and outbound outreach Client Meetings Conduct meetings virtual in-person to present services and customized solutions Sales Pipeline Management Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity tracking Proposal Development Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes aligned with client needs Negotiation Closure Lead commercial discussions and close deals with decision-makers Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solutioning and execution Revenue Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly quarterly sales targets Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing Business or related field 0 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in commercial interior solutions Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand our offerings and translate them into client benefits Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently Job Type Full-time Pay 450 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
