Job Summary

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking energetic and result-oriented Medical Representatives for its Orthopaedic & Gynaecology Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, stockists, and distributors in the assigned territory through effective scientific product detailing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Promote Orthopaedic & Gynaecology products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor calls and scientific product detailing to generate prescriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors, and hospitals.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
- Conduct chemist and stockist visits to support business development.
- Organize and participate in CMEs, conferences, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), Monthly Tour Programs (MTP), expense statements,



and market feedback within timelines.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical marketing practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or D.Pharm preferred).
- 03 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in Pharma Sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in doctor coverage, product detailing, and prescription generation will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
