Implement end to end automation and workflow solutions using ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Process Automation, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Integrations.
- Analyse customer requirements, design solution flow/algorithms, and implement them using appropriate ServiceNow capabilities.
- Perform effective problem solving and technical troubleshooting to resolve issues during development.
- Take complete ownership of assigned use cases from design development testing deployment.
- Ensure explicit understanding of Prod vs Non-Prod environments and follow best practices for deployments.
- Build and configure Catalog Items, Flow Designer Flows, and Integration Hub Actions (PowerShell, SSH, REST, JDBC).
