Job Summary

A creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation while ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy. Additionally, this role involves managing influencer partnerships to amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- STRATERGY & PLANNING - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to refine strategies.
- CONTENT & CAMPAIGN - Oversee the creation and scheduling of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce content.
- COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT - Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and skilled manner. Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers and influencers.
- INFLUENCER MARKETING - Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers relevant to the brand. Negotiate partnerships, track deliverables, and measure the impact of influencer campaigns.
- ANALYTICS & REPORTING - Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools. Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.



Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES - Social Media Management Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Analytics: Google Analytics, native platform analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics). Content Creation: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite. Influencer Marketing Platforms: Upfluence, AspireIQ, or BuzzSumo. Collaboration Tools: Trello, Asana, or Slack.

Desired Candidate

Proven experience in Social Media Management & Influencer Marketing. Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive measurable results. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to use latest tools for social media campaign management & reports. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Qualification & Experience
