Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities: Designing end-to-end sales and service processes in CRM systems; architecting solutions

across Dynamics 365 sales, service, marketing, and project operations modules; ensuring technical

implementation of complex business requirements

Scope of work: Building and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with focus on

solution architecture and technical implementation

Key stakeholders: Internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 team members; cross-functional teams requiring CRM solution

design and support

Preferred candidate profile

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Project Operations): must have

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse): must have

Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Autonomous Agents, Generative AI: must have, highest priority

Experlogix CPQ: must have

C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript: must have

Power Platform Component Framework (PCF):



must have

REST APIs, OData, Web APIs, Custom Connectors: must have

Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management): must have

6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution design, development, and

implementation: must have

Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring technical resources: must have

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI solutions, custom copilots, generative AI

capabilities, and intelligent automation: must have

Robust experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective

technical solutions: must have

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills: must have

Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and ALM: nice to have
