Job Summary

As a Technical Lead Gen AI, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance AI models, ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization and design to deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for model improvement and optimization.
- Implement best practices for model training, validation, and testing requirements.

Educational Qualifications

- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.




- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Proven experience in leading AI projects, with a solid focus on model enhancement and optimization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g.: TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Good to Have Skills

- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
