We're Hiring | Certified Medical Coder E/M with Surgery

Location: Velachery, Chennai

We're looking for Certified Medical Coders with hands-on experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) with Surgery coding.

Eligibility:

CPC/CCS/CCS-P/AHIMA or AAPC Certification (Mandatory)

Experience in E/M with Surgery coding

Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS coding guidelines

Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, documentation review, modifiers, and coding compliance

Ability to meet quality and productivity targets

Key Responsibilities:

- Review physician documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS codes
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer guidelines
- Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies
- Maintain high coding accuracy and turnaround time (TAT)
- Collaborate with internal teams to support coding quality and claim accuracy
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
