POSITION PURPOSE:

The Finance Executive at ASPL is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities. This role is key to maintaining financial discipline within the organization by handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with audits. The Finance Executive contributes to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of ASPL by delivering timely and reliable financial information to support strategic decision-making.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Petty cash handling & accounting
- Handle cheque collections, deposits, and safe custody
- Collection receipts and expense accounting
- GST compliance through input verification and 2A reconciliation
- Preparation of TDS/TCS returns, Form 15CA/CD
- Few internal returns & months closing activities including BRS & collection outstanding

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- CMA (inter or final) or CA (inter) + 2 yrs experience post article-ship.
- Candidates from manufacturing background or audit firm are preferred

SKILLS:

- Solid knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS
- Good proficiency in Excel and financial documentation
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
