Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Waste Engineer to join our Specialisms team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of waste management and environmental consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of building and infrastructure projects throughout the Middle East and global regions.

This role requires a technically strong skilled with experience in waste management for buildings, environmental consultancy, and multidisciplinary design coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare waste management strategies, calculations, and technical reports for a variety of developments.
- Design and review waste management systems and facilities for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, and high-rise buildings.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural, and other design disciplines throughout project delivery.
- Provide environmental consultancy support, including environmental planning, assessments, and compliance advice.
- Produce high-quality technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Attend client meetings and technical workshops, providing practical engineering solutions.
- Support proposal preparation and contribute to business development initiatives.




- Mentor junior team members and promote technical excellence.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- 6 10 years of relevant experience in waste management and environmental consultancy.
- Proven experience on building developments, particularly high-rise and mixed-use projects.
- Robust knowledge of waste generation calculations, waste management design, and environmental best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
- Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the Middle East and familiarity with local authority requirements will be considered an advantage.
