Job Description

We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) for multiple domains across IT and Non-IT processes. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer requests via chat, email, tickets, or phone (role-dependent).
- Verify customer information and perform AML/KYC checks as per company guidelines.
- Process insurance-related documentation and customer requests.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools while meeting SLA targets.
- Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues when required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain process compliance.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining productivity and quality metrics.





Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if applicable).
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Quick learner with a customer-focused attitude.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

- Any Degree (BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc, BE/BTech, MBA, MCA, MCom, MA, etc.) Engineering freshers.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Candidates with backlogs/barriers may be considered for selected roles.
