Are you passionate about compliance, quality, and healthcare operations? We're looking for a Compliance Officer with robust expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to strengthen our compliance and audit framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and risk mitigation plans.
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and continuous compliance.
- What We're Looking For:





- 2 - 5 years of experience in Healthcare RCM Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, ISO, SOC, internal/external audits, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in risk assessments, policy management, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
