- Lead the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements including GST, TDS & labour laws.
- Present on a monthly basis, financial reports and forecasts to the Management, articulating the financial position and strategic recommendations.
- Manage the Annual budgeting process and periodic monitoring of adherence to the same. Timely information to Management on areas deviating from budgets
- Drive cost management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance profitability.
- Co-ordinating and timely completion of Internal Audit & Statutory Audit of the Company
- Co-ordinating and handling of notices / audits by GST, IT, BIS and other statutory bodies
- Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, demonstrating a track record of success in financial management.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills,



with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency.
- Experience with financial software and tools, enhancing reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Relevant industry certifications e.g., CA, CA (Inter), CMA, CMA(Inter), CS, CS(Inter), CPA, CFA etc
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs.
- Commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
