We're hiring a developer to build and maintain several web applications that span more than one stack. Our current property-management platform is a Laravel + React application on PostgreSQL; other projects use Next.js and NestJS (TypeScript) with Prisma or MikroORM. The right person is comfortable moving between these, learning a codebase's conventions quickly, and being productive in whichever stack a task lands in. Just as important as writing code: the person should be able to hold and support technical discussions API design, data modeling, auth, performance, and cross-project architecture and help the team land good decisions

Core competencies:

- Strong programming fundamentals clean, readable, testable code; data structures; async/concurrency reasoning.
- At least one backend framework at depth (Laravel or NestJS) and genuine willingness to work across both; comfortable reading an unfamiliar codebase and matching its patterns.
- Relational databases & SQL PostgreSQL schema design,



indexing, constraints, and reading a query plan ( EXPLAIN ANALYZE ).
- REST API design resources, versioning, pagination, validation, and correct error/status semantics.
- Frontend fundamentals React component model, state, hooks; ability to work in a Next.js app (routing, SSR/SSG basics, data fetching).
- Git / MR workflow — small, reviewable changes with clear descriptions

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain features across the Laravel/React platform and the Next.js / NestJS projects.
- Own data models and migrations against PostgreSQL (Prisma / MikroORM / Eloquent).
- Enforce authorization and correct data scoping across roles/tenants.
- Keep API contracts secure, versioned, and documented for consumers.
- Write tests, review code, and ship via merge requests.
