Role & responsibilities

• Define program roadmap, milestones, and delivery plans, including pilot execution and phased deployment.

- Manage multiple workstreams across operating model design, business process transformation, technology implementation, organizational change management, and GCC transition.
- Facilitate business process discovery workshops with key stakeholders to understand current-state (As-Is) processes.
- Document, analyze, and optimize As-Is and To-Be business processes using industry-standard process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN), identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, controls, and operational excellence.
- Gather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional and implementation requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business process design and technology delivery throughout the program lifecycle.
- Establish and manage program governance, including Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, PMO reviews, executive status reporting, and escalation management.
- Track program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resource plans, and overall delivery performance.
- Drive stakeholder management across executive leadership, business functions, technology teams, implementation partners, and global teams.
- Ensure quality of deliverables across business processes, systems, data, reporting, and documentation.
- Oversee testing, business readiness, go-live planning, stabilization, and successful transition to business-as-usual operations.




- Track and report transformation KPIs and business outcomes, including cost optimization, operational efficiency, process adoption, and benefits realization.
- Drive timely issue resolution, decision-making, and execution in a complex, fast paced environment.
- Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous process and operational improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• 1015 years of experience in program and project management.

• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programs involving business process redesign and technology implementation.

• Robust hands-on experience in business process mapping, process analysis, and process improvement methodologies.

• Experience facilitating workshops to capture business requirements and develop As-Is and To-Be process maps.

• Strong understanding of business process mapping standards and tools such as BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.

• Experience managing multi-workstream transformation programs with cross functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Exposure to GCC, Shared Services, or operating model transformation is preferred.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including CXO and executive leadership.

• Strong program governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills.

• Experience in EPC, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis certificatviashions are an advantage.
