Attend customer complaints and ensure effective resolution. Handle commissioning calls to ensure proper installation, testing, and operational verification. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues in DG/GG sets (Diesel/Gas Generators).
Required Candidate profile
5–6 years of experience in DG/GG Set service, maintenance or commissioning. Robust technical expertise in field service operations. Ability to manage installation and maintenance independently.
