Key Responsibilities

1. Projects Execution

- Manage end-to-end project execution from order confirmation to handover.
- Coordinate with Design, Sales, Procurement, and Site Teams.
- Ensure on-time project delivery within budget.
- Monitor project cash flow and profitability.
- Identify project risks and take corrective action.

2. Service Operations

- Lead Installation & Commissioning teams.
- Manage AMC contracts and after-sales service.
- Improve service response time and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure service revenue growth and margin control.

3. Service & Project P&L; Ownership

- Take full financial responsibility of Service & Project division.
- Monitor revenue, cost, gross margin, and contribution.
- Control project overruns and service expenses.
- Improve EBITDA through operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly MIS and profitability reports.

4. Cost Control & Working Capital





- Monitor inventory levels and material planning.
- Control operational expenses.
- Improve working capital cycle.
- Coordinate with Accounts for billing and collection tracking.

5. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead Project and Service teams.
- Build structured SOP-driven systems.
- Develop second-line leadership.
- Drive performance KPIs across departments.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (MBA Operations preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing / Engineering Industry.
- Experience handling Project Execution & Service P&L; is mandatory.
- Robust financial understanding of margins, costing & budgeting.
