- We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing SaaS organization.
- This entry-level role is ideal for an MBA graduate who is eager to build a career in project management, client coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- You will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring SaaS implementation and delivery projects.

What youll be doing

- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
- Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and maintaining project trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Support, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Help manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, project reports, and client updates.
- Gather and analyze project-related data for reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized, up-to-date,



and aligned with internal standards.
- Assist in onboarding and implementation activities for SaaS customers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

What we expect from you

- MBA (Any specialization; preferred: Operations, IT, Business Analytics, or Project Management) 2025 Passed out.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or software implementation (added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
