Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying potential markets and Creating a market mapping strategy.
- Enrolling recent dealers
- Achieving Dealer/ Distributor counter share.
- Increasing the counter share percentage, using supporting
elements such as (Technical Service, Schemes, Dealer Staff Training,
and Dealer Staff Incentive.)
